Since the moment she was able to walk, movement has been engraved into Maggie’s DNA from dance to sports. After receiving an education in Kinesiology, she worked in the health and fitness industry as a Certified Personal Trainer, Holistic Nutritionist, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Group Fitness Instructor. Her passion lies in sharing her love for everything health related with others.

Maggie started a nutrition based business (in 2012), FeedMeFit when she realized many of her fitness clients were in need of the assist of meal prepping along with nutritional guidance. She has worked with clients from some of the top tech companies, and pro athletes to help them get to their tip top shape. She involved herself with non profits such as the Eating Disorder Center in Los Gatos to support and help guide fellow peers to live a balanced life, and Rise Yoga For The Youth as their lead business partnership to bring in donors and studio partners.

Her yoga journey began during college, but never quite fit with her high energy, fast-paced, and athletic lifestyle. It wasn’t until 2013 when Maggie moved to San Francisco and was introduced to the practice of yoga through Rusty Wells at Urban Flow. Feeling anxious and lost, Maggie continued to show up on her mat and practice, gently noticing the release of anxiety and a sense of flow to her life.

With a little nudge from a few fellow yogis, Maggie decided to progress in her yoga journey through teacher training and received her RYT 200 and Power Yoga Extensions Program Certifications. Teacher Training gave her the opportunity to find her inner peace, challenge her physically and mentally, and most importantly, to find a community. Maggie is so happy to be channeling this positive energy to those around her and to be guiding others into deepening their own practice.

You can also find her involved with startups like Movewith - an audio application for busy people to get moving through audio fitness and treadmill workouts. She also leads group fitness classes for Equinox, and companies like Athleta/Gap Inc., James Irvine Foundation, Pinterest, and Dropbox.

She also completed Dr. T. Colin Campbell's Plant-Based Nutrition Certification Program through Cornell University and Center for Nutrition Studies to further build her nutrition group coaching business.

She is incredibly grateful to be able to live out her passion in the wellness space for the last decade. She hopes to continue to inspire those around her to live their best life.

*** As of April 2023, she has taken a step back with her Wellness business to pursue her next endeavor in Real Estate. Check out her website HERE ***
